I created meanwhile a parametric design: Stromer Mudguard Extension V8 - ST2, ST3, ST5 and ST7

The front mudguard of the ST2, ST3, ST5 and the ST7 (ST2: the new models with 27,5 inch wheels) is a little too short for rainy road conditions. Unfortunately, it is easy to get your shoes and pants wet.

This model extends the mudguard by 8 cm and it is 1 cm wider at the bottom. It consists of three parts that can simply be screwed together. This means it can also be printed without support.

It is then also screwed to the mudguard instead of just being plugged in like the original plastic part. That way it stays securely in place. The mudguard has already holes at the end which can be used for the screws (see photo).

You need the following bolts and nuts to mount it together and onto the mudguard:

• 4x M3 hexagon nut
• 2x M3 x 12 mm Allen screw
• 2x M3 x 6 mm Allen screw

The nuts can be pulled into the brackets with a slightly longer screw so that they can no longer fall out.

Update 10.12.2023: The model fits on the newer ST2 and the ST7 too. Also added V1 because I am working on a new parametric model.
