Hello! I designed it to be reinforced with two aluminum core profiles of 1000 x 10 x 2 mm. You can join all the parts with other materials, with 3D-printed rectangles with a section of 10x2 mm, or even ignore the holes and glue / weld them directly. I strongly recommend using the aluminum profiles because they give a lot of structural resistance without a significant increase in weight.
