Hit point tracker with same form facter as MTG cards.
Horizontal or vertical, depending if you want the tracker in Landscape or Portrait mode.
The card contains 6 individual trackers, that can be grouped as needed either by color coding or other means.
- 6 individual digit trackers
- 3 individual two digit trackers
- 2 individual three digit trackers
- 1 three digit, 1 two digit and 1 one digit.
- etc.
Two different discs are included making it possible to have individual digits readable from either side of the tracker (across table)
The trackers have print-time adjustable spring tension on the digits.
The "lid" snaps right on without tools or gluing to make a perfect flush card on both side, making it acceptable to store the tracker next to cards.
Several files exposing clearance are provided with the object, ensureing this can print on any printer.
Having dual color dics are nice - and should be doable on most printers - if in doubt how to do this, please reach out! Otherwise a single color disk also works fine, naturally with less contrast.
The Object contains 3(4) parts, these are described below together with their parameters:
I have placed teh default 4 stl files in the root of each zip file. Start from there.
Top:
Is the top part, this part have the naming: TTop_SpringTension_0.10.stl
The number after SpringTension denotes a number that correlates with the spring tension applied to each digit. 0 is standard, going negative causes the spring to ease up, going possitive causes the spring to tension more.
Disc:
There are two discs types with the names: TDisc1_PinCl_0.10.stl and TDisc2_PinCl_0.10.stl
The difference between TDisc1 and Tdisc2 is the orientation of the digits. If you want create a tracker where all 6 digits can be read from the same side, you need 3 of each Discs.
The PinCl_0.10 parameter denots the clearance around the center Pin. I print using PinClearance_0.10
Bot:
Is the bottom "lid", it has the following format: TBot_Clerance_0.10.stl
Clerance _0.10 is the parameter that determines the pin and lid clearance - you want this to be very tight. I use 0.05.
Let me know if you have any issues with the print or if yo have any good ideas for new variations or card sizes to support!
