2021 MERC W12 LH100 Spec

This is not an export from a game or something, this was fully modeled from zero, with the intention of printing. It was tested and validated.

This my second 3D printable version of the Merc F1 W12.
I chose the Russian Grand Prix specification to pay a tribute to Sir Lewis for his 100th win.
This is the last Mercedes of the dominant era.

Modifications from the previous version (V2.0) to this one (V3.0):
- The body has been redesigned to look more like the real car (cockpit, airbox, side pods, engine cover, halo, ...).
- The whole car adaptation to the Russian Grand Prix spec (front wing, bardge boards, floor, ...).
- The suspension elements have been separated to be easier to print without supports.
- Application of my RB16B design concept (hollow body with pins).
- Addition of the Inter tyres.
- Addition of the wheelie boards.

Printer: Ender 3 V2
Material: PLA for the body and ABS for the rest.

The body parts have been printed in PLA to avoid warping. However, you can use ABS for the smaller parts to apply the acetone smoothing.
The suspension parts have been separated to improve printing and make it easier to remove the supports.
The barge boards have also been improved for printing. I didn't use supports for them.

Before glueing everything, I recommend assembling everything and checking if your prints are correct and everything fits.
