Description
Megalosaurus bucklandii, a prehistoric giant, roamed Earth during the Jurassic period. With an awe-inspiring presence, it was the first non-avian dinosaur discovered and named in 1824 by William Buckland.
This carnivorous creature exhibited a sturdy build, reaching lengths of up to 30 feet and weighing around 1.5 tons. Characterized by powerful hind limbs, sharp teeth, and a large skull, Megalosaurus was a fearsome predator.
