Description
Hexagonal 18650 portable charger
Parts Needed:
Wire
Solder
Nickel strips for making battery packs
1x 18650 battery
1x Charge module (paste the next bullet point into amazon and pick the one that looks like the last photo)
“Onyehn 5v boost step up power supply module lithium battery charge protection board for diy charger"
Tools Needed:
Spot welder
Soldering iron
Assembly Instructions:
Spot weld a nickel strip to each end of the 18650
Solder wires to the strips at each end of the 18650(don't use too much solder or it wont sit flat)
Trim the excess and fold the strips over the ends of the battery as flat as possible
Look at where the charger module will sit when everything is seated and trim the excess wire
Strip and solder the wires to the charger module(don't mess up the polarity)
Bend the wires and glue everything in place with some CA or hot glue
Admire your hard work sweatshop slave
