Description

The AMS Feeder Button is always very difficult to press. My hands are not big, but the small range is not very comfortable.

I continued the original style of Bambu lab and created this model with a large area.

I also found that other existing models were very difficult to install, so I designed this more convenient model from scratch.

I created several versions.
1.Normal version without any pattern
2. Supports up to 4 AMS numbered versions
3. Simple and easy to understand arrow version

In addition, I uploaded 3 colors/2 colors/single color (normal)
Please choose your favorite model according to your needs.

 

I printed a simple cutaway model that gives a good idea of how this model works and how to protect your feeder from wear and tear.

4mm PTFE tube can be installed at the entrance (it is recommended to use a PTFE tube with a wider inner diameter)

 

The installation method is very simple, you only need to put the model on from above.

 

It will be automatically positioned and locked during normal use or printing.
The model can be removed in the opposite direction (it may be a little tight during initial installation)

 

I noticed that there are many corrected versions from other creators because AMS has multiple versions.
The AMS I own is an old version, and I collected the modifications made to the model by other creators, as well as photos and descriptions.
Therefore, this model is theoretically compatible with both old and new versions of AMS.

 

In addition, I reconstructed the original AMS button model based on clear photos. I uploaded the STEP file to Raw Model Files, hoping to help the community grow.

我延續拓竹的原始風格,創建了這個具有大面積的按鈕模型.

我印了一個簡單的剖面模型,它可以很好的說明這個模型如何運作以及如何保護您的餵食器免於被磨損.

入口處可以安裝4mm的PTFE tube.(建議使用內徑較寬的PTFE tube)

 

安裝方法非常簡單,你只需要從上方將模型套上.

它會在你正常使用或是打印過程中自動定位並鎖住.
反方向即可拆卸模型(初次安裝時可能會有點緊)

 

我注意到其他創作者有許多修正版本,因為AMS有多個版本.
我擁有的AMS是舊版本的,我蒐集了其他創作者對模型的修改內容,還有照片與描述.
因此這個模型理論上兼容新舊版本的AMS.

 

另外我根據清晰的照片重建了原始AMS的按鈕模型,我將STEP檔案上傳至Raw Model Files之中,希望可以幫助社區成長.

Perfect. saves my thumb pain, probably protects at least a little bit of plastic. I tried to make a L1/L2/L3/L4, and R1/R2/R3/R4, (Left and Right) but gave up, the studio's text tool isn't easy to use. Update OP made them! AMAZING. Came out great in blue PLA+

there is an unnecessary yellow layer inside of the button which rises the number of filament changes to 10. but quality of the prints is good. for perfect fit of my PTFE Tube I had to enlarge the hole with a 4 mm drill

These are the best funnel protectors I have used. They work in all three of my AMS' with new and old funnel design. I just needed to rasp the inside of the hole with a file to get the tubing to fit snugly. That is not a design problem. The necessary orientation of the hole causes it to print just a little ovoid. 5 seconds with a file fixes that problem.

你好!請問是不是沒有使用PTFE管呢?有安裝PTFE管的話可以更好的幫助按鈕自動定位,太鬆的情況可以嘗試校準耗材的流量比例,或是使用拓竹的耗材.不同廠商的耗材會需要不同的流量比例設定,如果不做個別優化,會造成打印物品不精確,像是1mm變成0.8mm等等的,以上給您參考!謝謝在有問題的情況下仍給予5星評價.如果還有任何問題,隨時歡迎提問.

i printed the this version and the button is slightly too big for my AMS. it always drop out when i put back the filament. my AMS came in early May and the diameter is approx. 14.44/14.45mm.. even PTFE tube is inseted
