Description
my top feed tube rubs against the top glass, if you use it.
its not expensive to replace it but very inconvenient and easy to forget to check it,
this clip on and act and take the wear instead.
they clip p on firmly but dont hinder the filament.
I use pla as didnt want something too hard and I think a flexible filament
would abb drag with the softer surface.
I find 3 works well

Nice and simple. They're doing the job perfectly without the need to remove the tube to fit them. They're strong in the out-of-the-box Bambu PLA and a tight fit, which gives me confidence they won't fall off onto a live print.

I probably should have thought of this. Printing high temp filaments in a warm enclosure, the PLA protectors soften, become loose, turn upside down and slide around. I printed again in ABS and they're now fine.
