Description

Spool Material identification.

Here is something quite handy. I know I can figure out what is where, but with 4 AMS, It's nice to look and know what's in each slot. I did start the trend of having a long PTFE at the mouths of the AMS, and it's an open room to add spool identification.

I did 20 of what I use to make functional models. I didn't include what should not go in the AMS. I left one blank "MT" as empty. To use a sharpy and hand right other identification like Sunlu or other things. You can use the text function to embosse the text you want to.

Most of the spools are oblivious, just looking at it, but many are not, like White PLA, White PLA Matte, White ABS, white ASA, and even PLA Aero. Some design mice tags that go on the side of the spool. It doesn't work that well with AMS for the X1 and P1.

Now, most likely, you will only need some of them. Delete the one you don't need and Clone the one you need more than one. I try to think of making a plate of groups like one for P1 and A1, another for P1C and X1, one for the guy that does figurines, one for the engineer, and so on… I got lusted and taught that everybody has his own needs and couldn't please everyone. Then you make it your own kit.

Enjoy and happy new year.

For beginners, “Clone” (copy). Click the one you want to copy, then "right-click" it, select on the top of the menu "clone," add the number of copies, then "Enter." After, don't forget to put it flat on the build plate if they are not and "Arrange all objects", and I recommend a space of 2~3mm. It's simple and easy. For more information, go to the Wiki page.

If there's demand for some missing names, I'll add them to the list.
