This is a plate frame that fits Utah motorcycle plates and is made for the Kove 450 Rally. Not the utah plate holes do not line up with the holes on the back of the Kove 450 Rally. You do have to drill 2 holes closer together to bolt on the plate and this frame. This accomidates up to 8mm bolts. I recommend a little double sided tape along the bottom edge of the plate to the frame to keep it from vibrating and making any noise. Enjoy making your Kove look good! The main file is the one with USA on it. I also provided a second file v3 that does not have USA on it.
