After seeing Bamingo Design's beautiful Mountains coasters, I thought it would be fun to make some themed around cabins and camping since that is more personal to me.

I used Craiyon.com to generate images (took a while to create a set that went well together) then did editing in Photoshop to get the colors and lighting right so that the color changes would be at the same layers for all the designs. I ran the designs through HueForge and made sure the color changes would match up. Lastly, I added a border to the coasters I created in Tinkercad.com right in the Bambu slicer.

In HueForge, I purposely made 1mm the minimum depth so they would have some size to them.

When it comes to printing them, I'm pretty happy with the settings that are in the Print Profile. One thing to think about is a brim. I printed these two at a time (in case I needed to print anything I didn't want to tie it up for the full 10 hours of all four coasters) and in the first two, one started to pull up while the other was fine. With the second set of two, I decided to use brims to be safe which worked. So, it's possible to print without brims, but if you want to be safe, I recommend adding brims.

I made my coasters 4" as that seems to be a good size but you can resize them by making sure to scale the X and Y together, but make sure the Z is 100% so it is thick enough to match up to the color changes and not lose the image.

I made a simple coaster holder in two heights. I made the one in the images a bit taller in case I add to this set with more designs, but I also provide a slightly shorter one that is made specifically for the 4 coasters. The shorter coaster holder also has a bit thicker of a base, but I think the thickness of the original is also fine as it shouldn't bend enough to break as designed. The image with the holder shows the in the shorter holder with the taller one next to it.

Layers 21 - 27 : Light Grey (OVERTURE Cream Light Grey)

Layers 28 - 31 : White (MatterHackers)

Layers 32 - top : Black

• .08mm Extra Fine settings were used with .4 Nozzle.
• Ironing on all top layers.
• Gyroid infill is used where it is necessary but 100% infill could also be good with how small and thin it is.
• I use a Prime Tower, but it is small. Possibly not necessary but helps sometimes.
