Description

Huge Shoutout to 左狗拳 (@user_3465698272) for providing this amazing model, but it has a major flaw which I fix in this remix:

If you want to actually use the butterfly and flip it around, one side of the handle always touches the upper pin of the blade when closing the knife. This creates enough friction to interrupt a smooth movement - very annoying when doing tricks with it.

For a simple fix, I just made the upper pin on the blade a bit smaller so that the handle doesn't touch it anymore.
The pin has no real function (technically it could be completely removed), but obviously it looks cooler so I didn't remove it completely.

For assembly you still only need glue like in the original model.

Have fun spinning your butterfly like in the game and maybe learn some new tricks aswell :)

Sick but one small upgrade. Two m4 x 20s instead. Since the part needs to rotate, but you have to glue it, you risk getting glue caught causing it to not rotate as easily. M4 hardware works perfect.

Very nice upgrade indeed, thank you for sharing. It definitely works with glue aswell, I had success with it. But I had to be very careful when applying it. With the M4s this would have been much easier.

Printed in Bambu matte grey and white. Was not difficult to assemble, and looks great.

Great remix, made both the original and yours and this one spins much better. Just made a small update with adding a m5 screw hole.

Is it possible to make one for the a1 mini?

No problem, added a new print profile for the A1 Mini. It's the same size as the original model but rearranged to fit the smaller build volume of the A1 Mini. Enjoy!
