I made a remix of this owl jar with huge scary eyes (scary for pigeons & birds) by adding a hole in the bottom in the size of a broom stick, so you can hang it on a broom stick, I also added to holes on the sides for you to be able to hang it on a rope, this way it will also move from the wing and even scare them more.

In addition I have added a negative part for the nose for you to be able to print it with no support.

In case you use Bambu Studio - you can resize any of the negative parts to your needs.

In case you don't use Bambu studio I included the stl with the holes integrated.
