Printable replacement TBS crossfire lite module cover. Design elements include use of the antenna mounting shroud from the original module. The face of the Team Black Sheep logo is a clickable button and there are features inside and out to play well with the led lights on the board. The button is designed to place stress on areas of the board that are not populated with electonics and in the event of an impact the button is designed to bottom out on the led instead of crushing the momentary switch.
Assembly instructions- remove all hardware from the sma connector coming from the main board and slide it through the hole at the top of the cover. The nut will only go in one way. Install the lockwasher and nut onto the sma connector. Next install the button. It goes in bottom first into a small notch. The sma antenna wire is routed around the protusion on the button so as to not be pinched when screwed together. Replace the three main board screws and the four longer screws completing the assembly.

use lots of supports and although care has been taken to make the hardware mounting a good, I suggest to blow out any resin left in the screw holes before curing. If these holes are not clean the screws may crack the resin. Also when installing the screws- screw it in half a turn and the back it out a quarter turn. Keep doing this and it will cut threads as is goes and give you a more robust part that can handle being opened up a few times if needed.
The file is programmed in inches. If it appears tiny, to display it correctly multiply the scale by 25.4 this just converts inches/millimeters. Some slicers I have to do this. Its a machinist trick.
