I came up with a printable gasket for 22L IKEA Samla boxes to reduce the frequency I have to bake the desiccant. As Samla boxes are not airtight humidity was raising above 20% after 1-2 months, even when not opening the box. With the gasket and clips the humidity stays way below 10% for months.
Print each plate once (slice all comes in handy) with TPU that has a shoreness of 95A. To enable friction fit the design has to match the chamfer of the lid, which in turn require supports on the first couple layers to print cleanly.
Remove the supports and place each piece in the lid. Make sure that the gasket is below the clip and connect all pieces via the pins. The pins are 0.1mm bigger for a press fit.
Optional: You can add thin double sided tape in the middle of of the long sides, but for me this was not required.
Thanks to whomever created the CAD version of the Samla box. If it was you, write it down in the comments with a link to the original source. I was not able to find it.
