Description

Vapor Blast Gun with 3d printed nozzle, air jet and water fitting.

This vapor blast gun surprised me with how good it performs, and works way better than any other 3d printed one I tried. I have been using it for many many hours blasting with zero leaks around the nozzle seal, or the fittings.

The air jet and nozzle can easily be changed out for different compressor setups depending on your CFM's.

I used 95A TPU for the O-rings and they have been working perfect.

The threads should be printed at 50% speed for best quality, they should come out just about perfect using the slower speeds. I spend a lot of time sizing the threads to fit tight with very little wiggle room.

I spend a lot of time trying to research which combination of air jet and nozzle to use, so far I believe the air jet diameter depends on compressor hp/CFM available, and the nozzle should be about 2x to 2.5x the air jet diameter.

I've been using the 3mm Air jet with 7mm Nozzle, and it has been working very well for many hours blasting now.

Please let me know If you need a certain size that I have not already uploaded, or have any suggestions for improvements.

Not a very good one for blasting, I have BDLA3706056. It's only 3.7HP single phase.
