Here are some filament clips with interchangeable tags so you can display the material type on the clip.
They are interchangeable, which allows you to print a large quantity of “base” clips and then print the specific tags as needed.
I also needed a place to store the clips when the filament is in the AMS units, so I created a holder that can be mounted to the AMS unit (or on the front of the A1 printer as shown in the picture.
The holder is numbered in increments of 4 up to 16 so if you have 4 AMS units on a P1 or X1 they can match the corresponding filament number on the device and in studio.
*NOTE, the clip base and tags are currently set to 102% scale. this is where it should be left for best fit with the filament.
The second plate is loaded with 4 PLA tags, if you need different ones you can clone them from plate 04 and drag them over.
you can also quickly change the text color by clicking on the tag and changing the text shape color in the objects browser.
