Description

Femme 13

Body part specific runners for a female Dummy 13 model ,

Features

  • Fast-Print runners, separated into arm/leg/body runners for more flexibility in printing.
  • Parts have been positioned in construction order, for less head-scratching.
  • Each runner is skippable
  • Custom components
    • Subtly remodeled head and shins to look more feminine.
    • Narrow-shouldered torso frame for a less manly look.
    • Wider hip
    • Runner pull-tabs (beta testing)
    • Smooth upper body and abs for a more ladylike appearance.

Details

v1.12

  • Tweaked frame runner couplings for more consistently reliable removal.
  • Correct mesh error in one of the hand models.
  • Add partial connectors for armour runners

v1.11

  • Restore first layer to .2mm to reduce smearing.
  • Add .35mm partial connectors with weak points for easier post-processing.
  • Add pull tabs to rest of the frame model.
  • Reverse pull tabs for extra strength.
  • replace toes.

v1.10

  • Move knee/elbow joint connctions to avoid interference when constructing the model.
  • Add Sacrificial pull-tabs along the depth of the runners, clean removal still takes care with PETG, but fewer fingerprints end up on my build-plate.
  • Promoted smooth chest/abs to the main model.
  • fixed floating tabs.
  • fixed non-manifold hands.

v1.9

  • added smooth waist and torso.
  • fix plate selection to be global, I've been using Textured/Smooth PEI for PETG and PLA respectively. no glue needed so far.

v1.8

  • inc first layer to .28mm, to help with consistent removal.
  • modified leg runner connections for more consistent removal from plate.
  • angle runners inwards for easier removal.
  • added a lip to pull on, for easier removal.
  • add more finger space for grabbing the handles.
  • experiment with different handle positions.

v1.7

  • Items within runners are now in assembly order.
  • Replaced waist and thighs.
  • Remodeled head a little for more feminine shape.
  • Added profile for multi-material single-plate print.

v1.6

  • Optimised runner models for better first-layers.
  • Initial runners for armor added.
  • Add leg/arm/body/head armor runners, ordered and profile optimised for PLA.

v1.5

  • Added custom frame runners, these print a little faster and illustrate the build order more clearly than other runners i've seen.
  • Imported torso with slightly thinner shoulders.

BOOST!

Some kind soul clicked the boost button, so i've been guilt-tripped into an update.

I have a helpful CAD-Monkey available to work on this, please dont be shy to suggest any dumb-stuff or improvements.

Hi I'm guilty of boosting your model 😊. My daughter wanted a Dummy 13 and she really liked your model of "Le Femme 13". A friendly suggestion to edit the knee caps. Maybe it was just my Bambu slicer issue but the inner cutout in not deep enough to push them in. When I compare to the original, the inner cutout goes deeper.

that's odd, but i've had problems with the kneecaps in some of the older versions. both models do the bridging at layer 14 in bambu slicer. I'll do a test print and edit the model as you advise if it's not fitting. thanks again!
