PreparationShuffle the deck of cards and distribute 7 to each player. The remaining card is placed face down in the middle of the table, forming the discard pile.
What is the goal of the game?The first player who gets rid of all the cards in his hand earns points according to the cards that the other players still hold; whoever gets to 500 points first wins the game. In another game mode, each player is awarded the points of the cards he still holds and the points are added to each round: if a player exceeds 500 points, the player with the lowest score wins.

Dealerā€™s choice

To choose the dealer you follow this method: you draw one card for each player and who has the card with the highest value (Action cards are worth 0) the dealer. The dealer shuffles the deck and then gives seven cards to each player. The part of the advancing deck, called the fishing deck, is placed on the table with the back up, while the first card of the fishing deck is uncovered, forming the so-called discard deck. If the face up card is a Wild Action card draws four, it is returned to a random place in the Draw Deck and the dealer turns the card after; this is done until the face up card is a Wild Action card draws four. Start of the game

The player to the left of the dealer starts the game and the turns go clockwise. Each player, in his turn, must throw a card that he has in his hand, equal to the one above the discard pile by color and/or by number. The card must, therefore, have color and/or number as the first card in the discard pile: for example, if the first card in the discard pile is a red 7, the player can throw any numbered red card or a 7 of any color. Instead, the player can use an Action card; the colored Action cards must be equal to the discard card, having color or symbol like you.

If the player does not have good cards to throw, he must draw one from the draw deck; if the drawn card is fine he can play it immediately, otherwise he says to pass the turn to the player after. If you have good cards to throw you donā€™t have to do it: if you havenā€™t drawn any cards in the round you can decide, instead, not to throw anything and draw a card from the draw deck, while if, for some reason, you have drawn a card, you can play it or pass the turn.

When a player who has two cards in his hand throws one, remaining with only one card in his hand, he must say "UNO!" before the next player starts his turn. The word must be clear and you canā€™t change it (ways like "Una" and "Ultima" and words other than the one indicating the number 1 are not good; even players who do not speak Italian use "UNO!", with the Italian pronunciation).

Who wins the hand and closes the gameWhen a player throws the last card in his hand, remaining without cards, he wins the hand and closes the game; he then counts the points made, with the other players who take ("pay") the points according to the values of the cards they hold, With Action cards that are worth these points: Turn, Skip and Draw two are worth 20 points; Joker and Joker draw four are worth 50 points; Customizable cards (and Joker card shuffles cards) are worth 40 points. If the last card to be played is a Draw Two or a Wild Draw Four, the next player must take the number of right cards, which will be used for his score count.
Answer +2 and +4 with the same cardWho loves to play "Uno" will have suffered, cursing the friend for unforeseen moves. And to think that it was all in vain. After years, the official Twitter account of the famous card game provided some clarification on the rules. And one concerns the more discussed ones: "+2" and "+4", which force the player to take from the deck, thus moving away from the final goal, to finish the cards in hand.
The official ruleThe cards "+2" and "+4" force the next player to take from the deck. If you add them all together, theyā€™re basically a conviction, because the whole point of the game is to get rid of all the cards in your hand as soon as possible. After decades of games, the official "Uno" account posted this tweet: ""If someone drops a "+4" card, you have to take 4 and skip the turn. You canā€™t drop "+2" to make the next player take six cards". Nor can you add two "+4" to make the next player take eight cards in the round. These moves, therefore, cannot be made one after the other and are not cumulative. The only possible option is to take what is indicated and skip the hand."
