Description

Kitesurf board Exhibitor Rotary stand made for kitesurf boards. To make this you will need access to a 3d printer. A CNC router, a CO2 laser machine, and a lathe were used to make this prototype but they are not strictly necessary.

BOM: MAIN MAST:Aluminum rectangular tube (40mm*20mm) Length: 900mm.

ARMS: Aluminum flat bar 1/4x 2Length: 1.5m

STRUCTURE: 30mmx30mm steel square tubing (3 units of 80mm long)

ROTATING AXIS: 1" round tubing (70mm long)

ENCLOSURE: 1.6mm steel sheet 1670mm x 79mm (this can be also a plastic sheet)

CUSHIONS FOR ARMS: EVA foam 10mm

BEARINGS:

-608 bearings (5 units)

-6005 bearings (2units)

MOTOR: 1 Microwave motor (see photo atached

TRANSMISION: 1 gt2 belt (width: 6mm Length: 400mm)

1/4 x 1.5" bolts and nuts for knobs (2 units)

M8x35mm bolts (3units)

M8 nuts (6units)

M5*20mm screws (10 units)

M5 nuts and washers (4 units)

Wood screws Length :15mm (35units)

M6x12mm set screw (This is for locking the mast to the 3d printed base)
