3D model description

This is the LAD Robotic Hand V3.0... a copy of my right hand.

The hand is capable of flexion and extension of all fingers and abbducion /adduction/opposition of the thumb.

What you are downloading are all the STL files to make this hand with your 3D printer, including all instructions to put everything together and how to connect the electronics to a ESP32 Development Board, along with a code written in Arduino IDE to get you started. I have also attached an assembly in STL format of the whole hand, in case you need further information on how everything goes together. Additionally, I have added a 3D PDF view of the whole assembly , so that you can view and interact with the 3D design using Acrobat. You can hide and show parts of the 3D model, remove a cover to look inside, and rotate parts as if holding them in your hand. (Make sure that when opening the PDF file, you "Enable" the Multimedia and 3D content in Acrobat )

There is a silicone rubber skin that you can make to cover the mechanism. All instructions, including the STL files for the mould, the type of silicone and the procedure to mould, demould, and install the rubber skin are included here. There are two PDF documents to show you how to put every element of the hand together, and how to connect the electronics to the ESP32 Development board .

A code written in Arduino IDE, which is compatible with the ESP32 development board, is included.
