ID badge holder with the option to chain multiple badges together using interconnecting hinges.

There are also badge holders for clipping on the long side in both variations with and without hinges.

The parts with prefix “assembly” can be imported together as a single part and can be printed as a single part. Keep in mind that your printer need to be quite accurate. And make sure you are using 100% infill modifier for the hinges, otherwise they become quite brittle.

Infill: 15% overall (100% modifier for the hinges, or they are too brittle)

• Bambu Studio projects are not compatible with PrusaSlicer, nor any other slicers. You might be able to import the geometry, but that's it.
• The 3MF standalone files and STL files are exported from Solid Works 2023.
• In high temperature regions consider using a more temperature resistant material - PETG or ASA.
