我在设计这款产品的时候,围绕了一个最核心的理念,就是不要支撑!不要支撑!不要支撑!没错,你可以在完全不添加支撑的情况下完美的打印这套模型。由于没有轴承结构,我采用了环形扇叶设计,我认为这样可以最高效的利用流经扇叶表面的风。我在我的车上可以完美的安装这款风扇,你需要把卡扣插在空调出风口上,有两种口径,分别是3mm和2mm,如果这两种口径都不能固定风扇,那么你可以使用TPU打印“卡扣”部分。整个模型的组装都基于螺纹,我在设计时就严格的计算过公差,所以它可以非常完美的契合在一起,不需要进行任何尺寸上的调整!(如果你打印出来的模型装不上,可能是不同打印机之间的个体差异造成的。)

 

When I designed this product, I built around the core idea that there is no support, no support, no support,yes, you can print this model perfectly without adding support at all. Since there is no bearing structure, I used a ring fan blade design, which I thought would make the most efficient use of the wind flowing through the fan blade surface. I can install this fan perfectly on my car, you need to insert the buckle on the air conditioner outlet, there are two diameters, 3mm and 2mm, if these two diameters can't fix the fan, then you can use TPU to print the "buckle" part.The whole model assembly is based on threads, and I have calculated the tolerances strictly when designing, so it can fit together very perfectly without any dimensional adjustment! (If your printed model doesn't fit, it may be due to individual differences between different printers.)

im sorry for being rude but litteraly, what is the point of this? its not going to be stronger, because no energy is powering the turbine, in fact it will be worse cause energy wasted in the propeller redirect...

In fact, after carefully analyzing the structure of the propeller, I overturned my previous assumption that the ring propeller does not provide more efficient kinetic energy conversion, but this does not have much impact because I leave enough clearance for it to spin, and it is not really an engine, but just an ornament to put in the car, and seeing it spin makes me feel good.

提个建议,这个轴的这个空白部位可以再长1毫米,这样扇叶转的时候不会因摩擦把这个固定螺母转掉。

确实只提供了一种,即便我已经将两种口径做到了一个零件上(2mm,3mm),但是千奇百怪的车辆空调卡口,实在是没有办法在短时间内做到兼容,我将会把接口螺纹文件开源到链接中,方便有需要的用户可以自行设计。我想在找到适配的卡口之前,你可以试试使用TPU材质打印“卡口”部分。
