update 15.04.2024: added 20 large 2x2 (225mm x 225mm) plates with designs i found useful to create basic structures faster. Check the object parts folder for the new elements. In addition a pdf-spredsheet with all parts of this set was added.
I had some requests if it was possible to have some existing plates fused together into bigger plates for bigger printbeds starting with 250mm by 250mm. The bigger tiles help with laying down a table much faster and smaller plates can be used to add more variation to the layouts. The bigger tiles are a bit more prone for warping, so make sure to let them cool down on the printbed with a small weight added on top.
The "Basic tiles" for concretium fields contain a huge amount of individual tiles to form your very unique and personal cityscape for small-scale wargaming from 8-12mm.
You can easily vary the width of streets. Wide highways or narrow wrinkled corridors ... build what you like.
You don't like long and wide firing corridors from one end of the table to the other? No problem, the system gives you enough instruments to build the layout of your city however you imagine it.
They are fully compatible with future tilesets: "Elevated tiles" and "Special tiles" which will add height and elements like railroads or destroyed ground.
content:
- 3 simple connectors to use the tiles without the frames
- 3 connector frames to add height and more stability and the possibility to magnetize the modules
- 31 basic tiles
- 2 furnishing elements (streetlight, dragonteeth)
The tiles are optimized for FDM printing and print fine without support. The size of one tile is 112.5mm x 112.5mm so it should work on smaller SLA printers. The files are not supported for SLA printing.
printed on FDM Anycubic Kobra, sliced with Prusa 2.7.1
layerheight: adaptive layers from 0.1mm - 0.2mm
perimeters:3
bottom layers: 2
top layers: 6
infill: 12%
My Kobra is a little workhorse, but a bit slow. Newer printers can achive way shorter printtimes on the tiles. For my testprints the time varied from 3.5 - 4.5 hours minutes per tile
