Description

I've designed a compact gobo projector that is compatible with Godox V1, AD100 PRO, AD200 PRO flash with the H200R round head. I needed something portable when I'm On-Location.

No supports needed if printed like shown on the pictures. I only added a brim when printing the gobo lens holder part. As material I used PETG because it needs to be a little bit flexible to fit on the flash.

What does it do? With this flash projector you can project artistic patterns or slide frames. It's also used in fashion photography to give stripes of light on models and backgrounds or in food photography to give the light a more organic look. I will upload some more samples when I have the time to shoot.

PRO Tip: With the included holder “gobo_gel_diffuser_laser_print_001” & “gobo_foil_holder_001” you can print any patterns, pictures, etc. with a laser printer on transparent film and glue it to the gobo holder. This way you can literally project any pattern you want. Just be creative with it.

STEP files are included - In case you need to change something. Feel free to remix it if you have a better idea on how to create the mounting for the flash. Im not 100% satisfied with it but it was simple to design and it works for me with a lightweight lens.

Update:
Added the “gobo_square_holder.3mf” a gobo holder for 50x50mm gobos - quick changer without gluing. Outer dimensions are square 50x50mm and the inner round gobo should be max. 43mm in diameter. Can't add the PDF with the gobos because they might be copyrighted but you can find tons of free gobos online as PNG, SVG, etc.
