These items are made to fit to standard 60mm fans commonly made by computer, chassis and rack fan manufacturers so that they can be more securely sealed to a fitting you are connecting it to.
The gaskets are available in 0.5, 1 and 2mm thicknesses and should be printed out of a flexible material.
If you are using a Noctua fan or similar which has rubber bits on the corners, remove these for a proper seal to be made.
I have printed the gaskets in ColorFabbs excellent varioShore TPU, which feeds into your extruder at 92A, but comes out the nozzle at an equal or softer shore hardness depending on how you extrude it all the way down to 55A. This seems to be the easiest filament to print a soft gasket with.
