Description
This is a smaller better chip clip specifically designed for a mass production project I was working on.
They are only 3.09g each and take roughly 9 mins to print on the Bambu A1 Mini.
They have a strong hold and even work well with bags that need to go in the freezer.
Files:
- Bambu A1 Mini 3MF file
- The 3mf file I uploaded is for only for the A1 Mini at this time but the raw file is available in STL format.
Print Settings & Filament:
- Use at least 3 wall loops and 100% infill to maximize the strength along the contours of the part.
- PETG or similar *** NO PLA***
- Increase PETG printing temp to around 270 or so to maximize layer and line adhesion and no cooling fan

They work ok, but with PLA they lose their springiness.

Easy Print. I printed this scaled in multiple sizes with 0 issues. Nice functional part.
