Description

To-go Protein Powder Funnel

Available in ¼ cup and ½ cup sizes these protein powder funnels can be sealed up for on-the-go access to your protein powder. The lid also has a built in clip so that you can attach it to your bag!

The lid itself has two stirring sticks to aid in releasing the protein powder through the funnel, just wiggle the top lid to quickly empty the funnel!

End result is both dishwasher safe and food safe!

Prints easily with no supports and no fuss!

Printing Tips

We want to print with no inner gaps to ensure that there is no leakage over time or pockets for bacteria to form. The walls of the protein vault are fairly thin in any case, so you wouldn't save much material by doing a lower infill.

Theoretically the funnel piece can print in either orientation (wide face up or down), but I recommend printing it wide face down.

IMPORTANT - You should also be sure to take all the usual precautions to ensure food safety with 3d printed products. If you're unsure what that is, do the research and find out, feel free to post a comment if you have specific questions

Material: Food Safe PETG

Walls: 6 (this will result in what is essentially a 100% infill)

Infill: 100% rectilinear (just to be safe)

Layer Height : 0.2mm (if your printer has trouble with 45deg overhands, try a lower layer height like 0.12mm)

Supports: No

Brim: No

Hey - what exactly went wrong with your print - maybe I can help you dial in your settings

I'm using the bambu lab x1c the settings are dialed in. the size of the screw cap needs to be scaled down up to 3% to fit properly and for the threads to stay engaged. if you print the model you have the cap is so loose it can fall off. referring to the smaller threaded cap.
