I am fascinated by pendant lamps so I took the opportunity of the current design contest to design this Dragon Scales Pendant Lamp.

In its current version it is intented to be used with an IKEA Sunneby socket which slips into the pendant shade.

To avoid the need for supports I designed the upper opening with two layers of sacrificial bridging which can be easily removed after printing.

I might add more universal versions in the near future so stay tuned!

To save print time I strongly recommend to utilize Infill Combination which is already included in my print profile.

UPDATE:

Added v2 (picture in red) which is meant to be used with an IKEA Hemma bulb socket but also fits an IKEA Sunneby. Slightly cut on the bottom to give a more even scales appearance
