Description

Version 2 of my A1 Top Bar Light Mount. In this revision the mounting arm for the light was lowered to accommodate spacing when using the top mount spool holder, the hole for the zip tie was slightly enlarged to accommodate some thicker zip ties I had. This is a mount designed to attach to the top bar of a Bambulab A1. It was made specifically to hold a Feit Electric 10in light bar (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Feit-Electric-10-in-Fits-12-in-Cabinet-Plug-in-White-Dimmable-Linkable-Integrated-LED-Bright-White-Under-Cabinet-Light-3-Pack-BPLVUCL10-3-830/318112878) but it could be adapted for other uses. Contains a screw hole sized for an M3 screw as well as a slot for a zip tie to properly secure it snug.

 

Note: Be sure to space them in far enough to clear the brackets for the gantry.

these worked out well for me. already had a LED light strip on my old printer so I wanted something carried over to hang it on this new A1. it's been working out great and I just have it strapped on with some elastic hair ties. which is maybe good for some anti-vibration as well. the mount does not interfer with the gantry mechanism.
