EDIT 16.8.2020 : added information about nozzle and calibrating switch offset, which is 4,1 mm.
EDIT: VERY IMPORTANT: If you use PTFE tube and remte extruder as original on kossel, then please reduce retraction value to 3,5 mm. Otherwise hetacreep occur with full metal hotend.
Edit 15.5.2020 :

After assembly I realized the screws M3x20 for horseshoe clamp are longer so they goes out a little from the wall outside. I adjust clamp so they are hidden in the hole now as it should be. Added blower holder with bigger hole 4 mm for our friends from US, they have a problem to buy some metric screws.
Also added offset holder for magnetic holder for original calibration switch.
And use the most powerful fan 30x30x10mm or 30x30x15mm better. I am iusing Sunon 30x30x15 mm type: MC30151V1-000U-A99.
The heatsink need to be cooled well to prevent heartcreep. Especially PLA is sensitive. Also titanium heatbreak is good choice, I recommend it highly.

changed a little horseshoe so screws M3 x 20 mm are long enough to reach nuts in the pocket. I realize problem after print testing model.

Adde dnew upgraded body of effector v1.1. Changes: added extra cooling outlet tunnel for even better cooling of hetasink of the hotend. Changed ratio between cooling part channels, so they blow more equally left and right side.

This is second version of the effector for Anycubic Kossel Linear Plus, which has low mass, has more efficient cooling of the heatsink (no risk of heat creep). Due to sealed design, fan blows directly to the ribs of heatsink and air is forced to flow through ribs, because there is no space around heatsink, where air could bypass heatsink as it is in original design of effector.

It has much more powerful radial blower 5015 for cooling print. Air stream is split to 2 channels and air blows from 2 big jet nozzles to the printing area, but not to the printing nozzle.
With this effector you can print faster but more safe without heat-creep, temperature run-out and any other unwanted issues.
Effector is fully compatible with original one, you can use original magnetic calibrating probe switch. There are holes for put the holder on.
Please use powerfull fan 30x30x10 for cooling hotend to prevent heat creep and clog especially PLA...

Notes:

I added some fixating legs to the sharp corners which have tendency to lift up during printing, especially from ASA material. Use Brim at least 5 mm. It helps too.

5015 blower holder wa supposed to be screwed by M2 screws, but it can be glued by super glue to the effector body too. It sits in the corner so easy to glue it in right position.
