Description

Same model as the original, I added thickness in a cone to lock the cable in place.

See in the photo, the part in red and the thickness added

use the same print settings as for the original

UPDATE 08/03/24I modified the middle that holds the cable by adding notches, for better holdAddition of the 2 other sizes of the reel

Printed quite a few of these and am using them for “in use” cables to shorten them in to a neater install and for cables stored in bags for carry.

I was surprised, that the small version has the same diameter as the medium sized version. they only differ in the height. I didn’t expected that. because of the lower height there are some small/minor problems at the bridging area which the medium sized model doesn‘t have. The irregular surface in this area isn‘t disturbing. all in all a very good object/print.
