Description

The wall hanging hook with black and white piano keys, optimized for 3D printing, no support and is easy to install

(Installation Guidelines):
All piano keys are arranged according to the diagram

Slide the piano keys into the corresponding slots and position the black keys properly
Push the black shaft through the circular holes of all keys until the other end also clicks into the base

Installation completed, press the black button at the bottom to pop up the hook

In order to accommodate most people's printers, I have set the tolerance to 0.2mm. If you feel that the black keys are too loose after installation, you can adjust the outer contour compensation by yourself, or drop glue at the contact area between the white keys and the base according to the picture below.

Finally, don't let the printer rest

Nice design. Fitment is very loose thou. I placed a lot of shims behind white keys and still need some glue. for version 2, maybe add a hole for mounting screw. now i drilled one after print. Also consider adding a coverplate on top of keys as it is not the most cleanest when slots can be seen.

Yes, in order to adapt to as many printer tolerances as possible, the settings are relatively loose. After the installation tutorial, it is written that you only need to drop glue into the contact area between the white keys and the base to obtain a very suitable tightness

Perhaps you can try strong scratch free adhesive, which won't harm the wall wallpaper and is enough to withstand the weight of ordinary objects. I have considered leaving screw holes or even ceramic tile suction cup slots. Everyone may have different sizes of screws or suction cups on hand, so it's better to leave it to everyone to open holes and choose the way they want
