Description

Item is remixed from Dan's amazing Dremel mitre saw fixture.

Used to transform your Dremel into a adjustable mitre saw for measuring and cutting small parts in a repeatable way. See the original link for assembly and use instructions.

I have adjusted the studs on the ‘pivot_bracket_1’ and 2 from 7mm to 6mm studs to accommodate the 626ZZ bearings I had, rather than purchasing the 607ZZ bearing used in the original.

I didn't have the 605ZZ pin guide bearings used, so I simply adjusted the model of the bearings into a printable object, and printed some bearings as a bearing isn't really required for the guide. 2 round discs simply allow the pin to be centred into guide. A V-block would work similarly here.

Items have all been grouped into plates for specific colours for ease of printing, with print profiles included.

Printed in Siddament Matte Grey PETG and Matte Orange PETG. 10% infill

Parts required (M3 screws, nuts, bearings, cutting discs) are listed in the original link https://www.myminifactory.com/object/3d-print-dremel-mitre-saw-fixture-211192 Please note you'll need 38-50mm diameter cutting discs. Plus I just bought an assortment of M3-M5 nuts and bolts off amazon https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0BVQ11B1N?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1. Cheaper options available on AliExpress if you're happy to wait ;)
